My work as a facilitator appears often in the context where art meets social change.

I have had the honour of working with organisations whose philosophy and methods I admire and align with my own, namely, they are 3 Pumpkins and Superhero Me. It continues to be a pleasure working with and developing real relationships with the producers, community workers, facilitators, administrators and community members of these 2 respective communities across the years that I have known them and they have become trusted friends and colleagues. 

In these projects, I am a steward and a fosterer. Amongst the constellation of projects, here are some highlights of my experience.

Community Getai

Tak Takut Kids Club Community Getai is a socially engaged arts practice where the performing arts is used as a tool to strengthen social interactions and self-esteem for the members of TTKC. 

On an almost weekly basis, Friday afternoons are a time to prepare and play for children whom are interested in performing something - anything at all! There are adult facilitators in space to help bring their ideas to life and also the support of youth volunteers and friends. In the evenings, we convene to watch and perform for each other.
